Frailty Assessment Test

While many adults living in BC remain robust and active as they age, some older adults develop frailty or are vulnerable to frailty.  The number of frail older adults in BC will continue to climb as the population ages. The PRISMA 7 is a seven-item, self-completion questionnaire used to assess frailty.  If the respondent had 3 or more yes answers, it indicates an increased risk of frailty and need for further clinical review.
