PEACE
Offers violence Prevention, Education, Advocacy, Counselling and Empowerment for children and youth between the ages of 3 and 18 who are at risk of exposure, or whom have been exposed to domestic violence.
This program also provides support to the non-offending caregiver, regarding the impact that witnessing violence can have on children. The Program worker is available to provide community education and awareness regarding the prevalence and prevention of gender-based violence. Topics addressed include; self-esteem, communication, expression of emotion, as well as, healthy families and relationships.
