Overview

Provides free, confidential mental health and crisis support for youth across British Columbia and Yukon, including suicide prevention, crisis response and follow-up support.

Crisis Lines

24/7 crisis phone and text services are available for youth who are struggling, in distress or thinking about suicide. If you are in immediate danger or have taken steps to harm yourself, call 9-1-1.

  • Call the mental health support line at 310-6789 (no area code needed in BC)

Online Support

Offers text, online message and phone-based support so youth can reach out in the way that feels safest and most comfortable. Services are available 24 hours a day.

MindFlip Online Program

Provides free, self-paced online modules for youth in late elementary and secondary school. Topics include brain science, emotional regulation, awareness of thoughts and feelings, self-awareness, self-compassion, and mindful tools to cope with stress and life challenges.
